If you get one from toyota its much easier to replace. The ones at the auto parts store are slightly smaller than toyota making them a pain to get on.

That little sob cost me a head gasket a few weeks back! I found a hose the right size with the right bend at a parts house and swapped them out... was a headache though as hvyman said... just a bit smaller then stock so it was a PITA to get in place.

I will definitely go through toyota! I was thinking of ordering one at autozone but thanks for for the enlightenment and part numbers lol I had done a HG job last year and hopefully this little turd didn't cost me another HG :/

Why you guys say pita. I did mine and didn't think it was so hard. Or is it cause it goes out on you and hard to see?

Hard to get to. I wound up using a 1/4" socket wrench with an extension to tighten the clamp.

There are also two 90-deg PITAs at the thermostat housing too. But, I found that pulling the distributor helps BIG TIME.
