I had some NGK Bkr7e's In my 1jz daily driven For about a year now (4000 miles)
I got a crazy deal on some NGK iridiums Recently all 6 for $20 and i said its about time for a plug change anyways.. I gapped the iridiums to .028 as that was wat ive found the right gap to be for JZ's around 12psi. Wen i removed the coppers They were gapped to .038 !!! i dont recall gapping them so high but What Baffles Me Is the car ran perfect, no spark blow out, and perfect idle... I started the car with the iridiums and it also idled fine.. Jus found the gap difference really weird...
