Wastegate sizing

I'm getting ready to install my SP58GT turbo on my 7M. I plan to run about 15 to 18 psi boost max and would like opinions on what sized wastegate I should be using. I already bought a Tial 44mm wastegate but am now wondering if I should be using a 38mm wastegate instead. Some people tell me I might have issues controlling boost with the 44mm.

If I did go with the 38mm, what would the boost limit be for the future?

Finally, what sized spring should I be using in this setup.

Tighter the AR the bigger the gate needs to be and conversely the looser the AR the smaller the gate within reason, you also need to factor in the desired boost as low boost on a big turbo will need a big gate to control the turbine speed.
