Wastegate problems

I seem to be having with my HK$ wastegate it's not holding boost sometimes and other times it spikes! Iv'e included a pic maybe someone can help.

LOL moral of the story use two hands when you carry a cast manifold!:cry:

Yeah mate nothing but the best.

Man I feel so dumb for doing it. I broke a stud so I was dropping it off at the local machine shop to put a helicoil in after I drilled it out. I was lifting the manifold out of my van and dropped the dam thing! not happy!

Yeah I dropped it from about 3ft and it was still attached to the hks manifold so there was some weight on it, the housing took all the impact.

I wish it was, this is from a local guy up here ProBoost
I didnt have a lot of cash for a turbo so I looked around and found this guy. He's been selling these to the rotary and VL guys up here for years and hasn't had any trouble with them. He also gives a one year warranty on them so I thought Id give it a go. If it does fail at least I can take it back to him and throw it through his front window, I know where he lives:evil2:

I got a .68 but once I get the new motor in I think Ill change it to a .81, I really need to get it on and dyno it and see how it goes.
