Valve Covers Leaking

Hey everyone. It appears that I'm leaking about a quart of oil a month out of the driver side of the valve covers.

How common is this? How serious is this? and what's the best solution? I drive the supra about 500 miles/week.

pretty common because of the shitty philips head screws. replace em' for some nice allen head cap screws for cheap. thread pitch: m6x1.0 27mm long.

Oil leaks are fine, its the issues they cause, may be serious.

and what's the best solution?

Um... replace the valve cover gaskets.
