Valve clearances...

What is the maximum amount a valve can be out of spec.
Intake is 0.008in
Exhaust is 0.010in
These are the exact specs..
if I'm 0.002in or 0.003in out of spec, Am I okay?
The books don't give an answer to this question.

You have a 4 thou range from Min to Max.
GTE is same same.

YEAH THANKS.... I FOUND THE TOYOTA DEALER BOOK AND IT SAID
EXHAUST 0.008 TO 0.012
INTAKE 0.006 TO 0.010
SO YEAH IT MATCHES THANX
