is the upper radiator hose supposed to be preassurized or no cause it was last week and now its not wuts wrong with my car???

Get the car to operating temperature and feel that hose. If it isn't warm/pressurized then it may be a bad thermostat? Just a thought....
its warn as hell but not preassurized wuts wrong with it its over heating to i have a 160 thermostat and it used to sit any where between 160-190 but now it can reach temps of 210+
you have a leak in the system. You need a pressure tester for that. Availble at any sear, matco,snap-on, eastwood company, harbor Freight etc. 
awsome now i get to try to find a leak in the cooling system and the induction system in a supra of all cars
