I am installing a turbo wing on my 90 NA and the third brake light does not want to work. Now before any body asks yes I pluged it in. Do I need to change any thing because I am going from a regular light bulb to a LED brake light?

did you change your taillight failure sensor?
you need a white one from an 89+ turbo or an NA with the sport wing.

well, make sure your old 3rd brake light worked before the spoiler, if it didn't then you have something else that needs to be taken care of.
Tail light failure sensor will just illuminate the light on your dash, not cause the light to not work IIRC...
I haven't taken a GTE 89+ lamp failure module apart, but it is possible that a solder trace or jumper may have burned up. This is common enough in the other models I've looked at. The CHMSL is powered separately from the other brake lamps. I'd start with disassembling the unit (don't forget email me some VERY high res photos of the front and back for future reference
