Anyone have any experience with one of these pumps? Claims to flow as much as a Walbro, without the whine.

Also $20-$30 cheaper.

Nobody? I'd hate to play the guinea pig, on something as important as the fuel pump

Yeah, I've heard the walbro, and I don't like the extra noise it makes. If this TRE is the same flow/pressure, without the whine, saves $30, it sounds like a good deal.

Actually I have one in my 240sx. It's pretty quiet and seems to work well.

I'm still N/A on my 240 thpo until the s20 swap.

I have one. Look the same. Yes it does not whine when you turn the key to start. Even have the same kit as the walbro. So far no problem.

Sweet, maybe I'll try one out - Doc, good point - I'll do that!

i run a walbro and love the sound. only real hear it at idle with the radio off. other wise the turbo spool drowns it out.
