took down a '06 350z track edition

more power than the previous 350z i raced... by about 40 more hp, but i've also worked out some issues on my motor.. (boost leaks, ignition timing, stuck bov)

raced from 35... i was in 1st... bad choice... we hit it on the 3rd honk, and i hit fuel cut and shifted to 3rd... 350 had 1/2 a car on me, i pulled about 1/2 a car ahead by the end of 2nd, and another car by the end of third... that's all

my mods are listed, 350z has 300 hp stock + k&n cai, he had a 50 shot of n2o, but didn't spray

good job, I hate 350Z's they just aren't all that appealing to me, most newer cars suck anyways. Nice Kill, although that close of a race he'd have probably won if he sprayed but I think N2O against a person not using it is a bit like cheating lol.

ROFL... my bad, i obviously shifted to 2nd... dunno why i said third there :icon_conf


forgot to mention also, he had some sort of exhaust system

i know one guy really good.
man 28psi and 517 hp and 567 torque is a fun ride. plus the stage 10 auto trans.

there's a few around here too, there was actually one behind me when we raced, i know that guy pretty well, it's an odd set-up two mitsu. 18b turbo's... 425 whp @ 17 psi? pump gas, but he ALWAYS runs methonol

i've seen him get pretty squirrely in 3rd tho, lol (stock wheels)

there was also a s/c ls1 camaro ss behind me, once i opened a gap, he and the 350tt were GONE

sounds like a standard set up to me. strait out of the box greddy with more boost

price for the turbo kit is @ 6689 on their website.

plus the piston rings in the 350z and the g35 HATE bosot and blow. leaving you with a 40k(stock) pile of junk

i dunno but if u put about 25k in a engine and dont upgrade ur pistons and shit your an idiot.lol

he has a fully built motor too!
