timing

put on timing belt and can't get cps dropped right.

if t-belt is off one tooth what would happen?

i keep going between too advanced and too retarded and can't get on the right tooth.

i've been working the past hour on it.. any ideas?

Are you gonna be there tomorrow morning? I'm going to millers and I can help you. I have stabbed them Many times, too mant times.

I just put the motor at TDC the cam gears in the right spot. And when I put the CPS in I put the notch and the drill spot right then spun the gear to the left 1 tooth and pit it in. Tharts the way I did it on both of motors and it worked for me. I put it a tooth over because when you put it in it spins to the right.

the crank and cams were all lined up perfect.

i just changed the t-belt.

i am just one tooth off but i cant seem to find the tooth in the middle of the ones im jumping between.
it starts and runs but to get to 10btdc i have to turn the cps past were i can put the bolt in.
i will try stabbing it some more later

yes they are.

thread no longer needed because my t-case gaskets that i just replaced are leaking and my oil and coolant have mixed
