Thread pitch of hub threads

My hub got damaged and I need to rethread the threads. I need a die so what if the pitch and spacing any one know,

12x1.5 if so.

No the actual hub with the 36mm bolt the hold the hub in the bearing pack

Really they want 80 just to separate every thing then tack on an abs hub? How much is the tool?

Large dies get damn expensive, last time I bout a 25mm die and holder I didn't get much change from $500.

Just checked e-bay LOTS of cheap stuff available out of China now...

Just have to ID the thread diameter and pitch, might be an option as it's just cleaning up the thread no9t cutting it from scratch.

I just need to chase top two threads maybe out by a few 100ths of a mm

How far are they out of the nut when it's done up?

Um Nut is out by .5mm maybe leas

I'd just use a stone in a die grinder to chamfer the crap threads off

Good idear, I was thinking of getting a 22mm nut and attempt to straighten the threads.

Gonna give this a go

If that doesn't work. I will slather a bunch of grease in the recess and buzz off the damaged threads. Then shopvac out contaminated grease. Thanks IJ
