Ok so I was gonna finish the intercooler piping today but got distracted trying to organize my garage. Sucks living in an apartment with 4 cars worth of parts and a bunch of tools. Hope to get it all organized from my move tomorrow and get the IC pipes and gauges done at mimimum. Then to untangle the wiring mess.

Still no computer and my camera is crap but will try to upload from my phone tomorrow. Haven't gotten wiring finished yet. Got intercooler piping almost done. Ended up routing it through the stock battery location and will be running a smaller battery with custom mount. Got aftermarket boost gauge mounted in stock location without cutting face. Looks almost stock at first glance. Made custom mount for Greddy Profec B spec II under stereo location.

Ok, haven't updated in a long while. Been crazy frustrated with the wiring harness. Nothing seems to line up and plug in correctly. There was some custom wire tucking in the white donor car and now I don't have a clue how to make it right. I have been through tons of diagrams and some makes sense but I really just want to make it simple.

Does anyone have an unmolested harness that they will sell? Please!

Guage looks good,
Personally I sent my harness to dr. Tweak and wasn't very impressed for the money I paid... I'm rebuilding it myself now.
Really adapting a harness is easy, you just need to provide pwrs and grnds where needed. When you cut it to lengthen it make sure you just label everything well. Just take your time.
What are you having trouble with?

Thanks. I am jsut tired of having to do any custom wiring. Really just want this harness to plug into the body and be done with it. I hate wiring with all that i am!

Ya that is nice I just can't stand having anything done to my car that isn't how I want it exactly. Even if it isn't visible I still know its there. Lol
Anyways good luck. How long till it runs?

Thanks. Soon as the harness is done it will be running. Just waiting on that. I have spent a long time cleaning up messes on this car and am really over the nightmare wiring!

Took the harness out of the car and decided to give it one more look before sendign it away. I cotunt 6 total plugs that don't match up. 1 is a large gey plug with 12 wires. According to the diagrams I believe I traced out which wires go to what. AC clutch, speed sensor, alternator wires and main relay. From there I guess I just need to find out which of the unused plugs on the Supra's body harness they connect to and make a jumper harness. I will probably try to start the car after that.

Anyone have tips to help the proccess along?

Ok, so the 1j Bible is awesome!! Why can I not find this as a sticky?! You rock A32Boost!

I will be digging into the harness tomorrow. Plan is to make a jumper harness instead of cutting up the stock body harness and 1j harness any more. Will post pics soon as I can. Hope to be running next week if this goes right.

Lots of car guys meet at King Soopers on 120th and Colorado for anyone interested? Friday night about 9:45. Need more Toyotas! I plan to be there!

lol, thats exacctly what i did i took my time and made a jumper harness, so i did not hack into the JZA harness and my body plugs. i just cut up my 7m harness and JZA harness had both Female and Male Connectors....My 4 Issues were 1.When everything was done my fuel pump wasnt priming so i jump'ed the fuel pump relay wire on the harness to the ignition harness, so it come on and stays on whenever the key is on the ON position. 2. My Tach didnt work and i still cant get it to work so i bought a $30 mini tach from autozone. 3. My Oil press. gauge wasnt functional (even tho i had the DM adapter hose) so i looked 2x at the wiring and i hooked it up to another pin and it started working(If you run into this prob. let me know and ill let you know exactly which 1) 4.My knock sensor wire, i should of never extended it i should of just ran a new wire from the sensor to the ecu so i get a code "52" which is knock sensor signal
