color always matches, and if you ever crash, you dont have to have the panel sprayed w/ a mismatched paint(due to fading, etc.), as you can just slap a new sheet of vinyl on a used panel, and you're good to go. hahah

that car is very fast and the dude can drift really well to. I got a chance to go watch him drift up in agissi

Ouch....It was a 1997 Pontiac Bonneville. Hey, I might be able to stop by this weekend. My friend probably isnt coming up now.

yeah, hes hella cool once you get to know him. haha

I wouldnt say its fast, just well built. its mostly suspension... hes still running a top mount IC after all. and around here, hes infamous for losing a bumber and sideskirt @ every event. hahah. when you rid in his car, and he dirfts, you can hear his outside skirt drag on the ground. I flove that car. hahah

Jeff- I was happy that it didn't get damaged. There is actually a small little dent and scrape at the top of the top of the wheel well. But, that was already there and it is too high up to believe that it happened in the accident.

So, for an update...I went to the shop that is certified to appraise cars and got it appraised. It is on the borderline of being a "total loss". But, that is with the price of a new door ($800) from where they order it from. So, the guy is going to try using a used price ($300-400) from where he can get it from.

It looks like it is going to be just below $3000 if they don't total it. I'll find out for sure this evening. If that's the case, it's time for a new paint job. I'm hoping to have enough money to get the door and fender, Tein coilovers, front bumper and side skirts, and the paint job. I think I'll have more than enough and get some other goodies.

I guess in turn, this was a blessing. So, keep an eye out on my build thread for the upcoming activities.
