¿Targa Bolt Size?

Just a quick question, what is the bolt size of the targa bolts. I'm in the process of making a sick camera mount that will be mounted in the targa bolt holes. That's four different position opportunities and a whole lotta angle opportunities:biglaugh:

i remember a spreadsheet type thing around here with all the bolt sizes and pitches and all that, i've been diggin for that for a while and still can't find it. any help with that too? my targa bolt answer is probably in there anyways.

no, as the bolts are used only for their application (they're special in other words)

If I remember, I'll take the bolt I have and bring it into a hardware store and find out what size it is...

I'm going to GUESS that its 6x1mm or 8x1.25. I'd wait for someone to verify that first.

ah, so what makes them so special? pitch? taper?

No, just because they have to work with the retention system with springs and C clips...

so i totally forgot that i had an extra beatup targa in my basement. i took the whole fixture out of that and i'm gonna make that happen tonight when i go to work. i got around eight hours to myself to figit with this contraption im constructing.
