i just talked to one of our fellow socal members and found out his car was stolen over the weekend. i told him i would post about it for him. i don't think he is registered here anyway. he was sick all weekend and didn't leave his apt which is why he didn't find the car gone till this morning when he went to leave for work. vehicle was taken from a gated community in mission valley (san diego) at some point over this past weekend.

vehicle in question is a 1991 toyota supra turbo targa 5spd
color: grey
the only markings is a sticker on the rear of the vehicle which reads "tokyo t"
license plate: 5STS701

owner's name is chris. if u spot this vehicle please call him at 619-518-6159 (his cell) and of course the cops. a link to his profile on socal....

wtf? u posted this on SCS too. where the hell did u get the idea anyone was ever talking about parting this car out? did u actually read any of the posts? it was stolen, stripped and FOUND. no word yet on how badly stripped b/c the owner has not even gone to where the car is being held. no one ever mentioned parting it out but even then i know the owner and trust him enough that he has hung out at my house.

i think i asked him about this (been awhile, not sure) and i think he said the alarm was set. i'll have to double check when i talk to him next. think he said he was gonna take pics and send them to me when he went to go check the car out. i'm curious to see how badly stripped the car is and what parts they took. ie: was it mainly 89+ parts, random parts, etc.

wasn't chris selling a white pre 89 with a blitz body kit on it for like $100.
