Specs on a few fasteners.

Does anyone know the specs for the nuts on pre-89 motor mounts (88 to be exact)?

Also, does anyone know the specs for the golden screw/??? that goes through the center of the throttle linkage and threads into the center of the head (behind the 3k pipe)?
