i was pouring new oil into my car tonight and when i opened the plastic thing the little aluminum sticky thing that seals it was there.. so i just pushed it open and started pouring and a few little pieces of the aluminum seal came loose and poured right in with the oil into my valve cover. i was wondering if this would be a big deal or not.,. i dont know what to do.

nothing you can really do. The strainer and oil filter will catch it so it wont enter you engine. But as far as getting it out.. Pull the oilpan and hope its down there and fish it out.
I'm no expert, but I dont think your oil is in good shape if it gets hot enough to vaporize foil. :dunno:
No it won't just burn off. If you're up for an adventure... take the intake cam cover off and search around.
or.. go to walmart buy the cheapest oil out there.. Open your drail bolt and Flush it out till you think you have it all
it really has no where to go if the motor hasn't been started so it should still be right under the valve cover.

If they're small enough to get through the strainer they'll go through the pump and the filter will catch them.......
