I need the width and depth of a standard 7m connecting rod to update that excel thing I did awhile back. I'm writing a piece to calculate conrod load and conrod factor of safety.

anyways, if somebody can get me the weight of a piston (with pin and circlips) and the width and depth of a conrod at the narrowest point, I'd appreciate it (and you'll be able to see how far you can push your conrods in the next version of the sheet)

I'm in London, I have a set out at the shop but I'm not gonna be out there until monday and wanted to get this up today.

don't suppose you know of a 7m block locally do you?
