Look on eBay. There about 25-30 each. It's just a 6x7 h4 housing that you want.

I have glass housings. It doesn't destort it all that bad.

Eh, glass is fine, but you're gonna lose the color band (even plastic will do this to some extent, especially if you put something like lamin-x on them to stop them from hazing...)

Noted sir, I'll keep that in mind as I'm collecting part. I'll most likely get the ballasts first

Don't know if anyone's noticed but the Pilot conversion headlights, which were unobtanium for a while, have shown back up online. I had originally used some glass lens headlights to do this but have since swapped to the plastic lenses. They look much better.

Nice, I did notice that they had gone away pretty much right after I did mine. Glad to hear they are back up. So did you do a projector set up on your firebird?

Yes I did. I've just recently got them back in with the plastic lenses. I haven't had a chance to get any output shots but I am quite pleased with the results.

Very nice! I'm glad I could inspire you to do this. Mine are still going strong a year later. Maybe I'll see you out with the firebird at some shows when the weather gets nicer here in the spring.

Finally got a decent picture of my cutoff.

Looks good! What color temp bulb did you go with? It looks like it might be a little higher than what I went with, but that might just be the camera too.

I went with 4300K XB35's. They definitely look as white in person as they are in the picture though. I was expecting them to be a little cooler myself.

That's the exact same bulb I went with. I think they are perfect. They look like pure white to me, and 4300k provides the most light. In the picture I was thinking they were maybe 5000k or so.
