So I'm done w/ my swap...couple things

so i swapped my ge for another ge "jdm" and then the auto tranny for a r-154all ine one shot. i did the swap myself but i let some mechanics do the electrical. so i finally got it back... everything seems fine except for a couple things.. the mechanic said its running a little rich and accelerated because its a jdm motor so it doesnt use an EGR like the original did, the computer is still usdm and does use an EGR sensor. makes sense to you guys? so i might need a jdm computer...since i have an r-154.. do i need a manual jdm comp? he also had me d/c the TPS saying that it made the car run even more accelerated.. any truth to what he saying? do i need the swap the comps?..im not sure... also the speedo cable on the r-154 is a little short... so no speedometer or the thing that counts miles driven...everything else seems fine...put in a short shifter that i got from one of the guys here and love it...ill post some vid/pic later... gotta go to work!

I don't know what he or you said, but the TPS tells the ECU the drivers intention.

First, try using sentence structure.... My head... nearly exploded at the single giant ...paragraph with ..no real.................................. punctuation.

You can use either an Automatic, or a Manual ECU. It doesn't matter. If you had an auto in your car, you need to use the Auto ECU.

Try adjusting the TPS properly according to the TSRM:
