Hmm so i've had this problem recently where on my passenger side i get some slight water inside my car. It is on the passenger side and its leaking from the bottom of the door area. It looks like it is coming from right under the bottom plastic piece (the big front, glove box attaches to that big piece just as reference) but it never gets to my floor. it hits my mat and the bottom is dry. Any ideas as to where / why its leaking? is there a weather strip on the passenger side door that needs replacing? thanks in advance guys. Ps i am asking this because my car is in storage now and i want to get ready for spring as early as i can :D

Take a hose to it while it's in storage......either where it sits, or take it out of storage far enough to run a hose over it. Lay thoe hose over the roof, and let it run. Enter the car from the driver's side, and watch it a good while until you see water. If you do get water, it will be a gasket issue. If you get nothing this way, then it is probably a hose issue inside the dash, or even a small leak at the heater core.

If you still have an a/c system it could be drainage from your evaporator leaking condensation on the passenger side instead of going through the drain tube. Is it definately just water? Could also be bad door seal letting rain water in.

If it is the heater core you might also smell coolant if there is a big enough leak.
