I can't put the car in gear when the engine is running. I can put the car in gear when the engine is off though. I have already replaced my master cylinder and that had no effect, so i guess its the slave cylinder thats giving me a hard time. Is there any place i could buy a new slave cylinder that fits the r154 other than toyota?

First off, have you seen if the slave cylinder is operating properly? Raise & support car, have friend push clutch pedal in a out, remove inspection cover and see if it's moving in or out. Bleed the system properly?
