A good example of how poor spelling and grammar can cause one to doubt the sellers credibility. If he can't even care enough to form a complete sentence, are we sure he cares enough to correctly complete a metal head gasket install.

cometic 1mm head gasket?!? Kind of thin isn't it?

tokico lumina 3 shocks?!?

I will admit that is an interesting place to put the Coil Packs, though I'm not sure why he felt the need to go through the trouble of upgrading them.

dont like the interior, red and black seats=ugly and they dont match the white shifter boot or the white gauges or the white door panels or the maroon dash. and the rear bumper needs to go back to the paint shop. show cars are ok but there is no point to trying to make it look good if your going to half ass it or not bother to make things flow together. wonder where he bought the trophy?

LOL I am at home, sick and on some really strong medications. Excuse the spelling ahhaha!

I had a feeling that I typed that wrong, could not move my hand to the mouse to make a speedy visit to "Dictionary.com" hahahahhah

anywho, both valve covers are chrome...

but did anyone catch the "INTERIOR" mods? There is engine modifications to the INTERIOR guys!

LOL...this is tripping me out.

Its probably a fast car and all....but its having to lug all that baggage around.

^then again a supra isnt the lightest thing in the world. I don't understand people who strip a supra and use it for non heavy racing..

Its like making a hippo wear a zebra outfit.. underneath hes still a hippo. Hes big, and clumsy. He may be a little slow off the line but get him runnin and good luck stopping him..

I honestly dont see the point in stripping the interior out and all this junk if your going to be driving the car around town. Keep the luxuries, instead of making the thing try to appear like a stripped honda crx :)

I was looking at trucks about a year ago and came across one with a link in that said "My supra for sale" It brought me to this and I couldn't stop laughing, he re-lists it every 2 weeks on craigslist. I want to go out there just to see it in person. I think I would have to leave the guys house before puking all over the car.

Actually compared to some domesetic (chevy/ford/dodge) the supra is DAMN light!

3300lbs is about the AVERAGE of todays sports cars.

Heck a lamborghini gallardo is like 3800lbs( I think thats the convertable?). The Aston Martin vanquish is 4000lbs......the list goes on and on.

A mitsubishi eclipse is the SAME WEIGHT as a mk3.

siman, those vehicles have ALOT more protection then ours. Which is probably why they are so heavy. Take a mid 80's sports car and compare weights. a z from the mid 80's weights closer to 2600-2800lbs LOADED..

But those cars have 4 and 6 more cylinders, and twice as much horspower as our cars. When we have 230hp to tow 3500 pounds but a V12 has 550hp to tow 4000 pounds, there's a large difference

A Ferrari F40 from the 80's was 2,400lbs. with a Twin Turbo V8 :)

Those cars also have aluminum blocks with the complete motor weighing in right at ours.

Take for instance the VH45DE from Nissan (4.5 liter V8, all aluminum), it weighes LESS than my brothers 300zx VG30DE (6 cylinder with iron block aluminum heads).

I wish I new the reason to why you guys consistanly say that the supra is an overweight pig. It just is rediculous to even consider shaming your own car.

And the F40 is in a another whole catagory. That was a PURPOSE built race car, only sold with ammenities to make it road legal for homologation purposes.

The supra is far from a homologated race car.:icon_razz

Massupra89, I sure as hell wont have that 230hp....lol I only drove the car stock for 2 months hahahah

300hp is when the car feels "good" to me. But still slow compared to other modern day rides. So up we go with the boost. ;)
