You can camp out until you see him get back in it. Follow him and call the cops while he's driving it. Catch him in the act.

I checked out the area and swept all the apartment complexes but couldn't find him. When is this guy gonna stop driving?! I drove all over the south side and didn't see or hear any sign of him. And no I haven't posted to the stolen section yet, gotta head to work now

Multiple people have seen it and either I or they call the cops. The area is swept but the Guy is driving it everywhere. The lackland area was swarming with cops last night after I called but he had already drove to another area I guess

A buddy of mine saw him 30 minutes ago off Euclid. He confronted him while he was getting gas but the Guy took off. My friend was on foot

If he's stupid he'll keep driving it. If he's has a little smarts he'll ditch it soon. He knows someone is on to him. Just sounds like a dumbass joyriding it. He'll get caught soon.

Euclid is very close to my job. This guy is getting spoted everywhere. Just hiding in plain sight.

He has been seen multiple times near hackberry. Between fair ave and southcross off 281. I also just got off the phone with a recommended auto theft detective who has come through before and reallly hates car theives. There have been more and more sightings and more and more people know about it....we will catch him

What time of day are they spotting your car? I live on that side of town by Brooks Citybase. I'll be off for the next couple days and i'll keep a lookout for it...maybe drive around those areas for ya.

Travis, anymore updates on your MKII sightings? Has it been found? I was just thinking today, you know this guy is getting boost happy with it. I'm wondering if he's using 93octane when he gassed up. I really hope for the best when you get your car back.

Nope, haven't had any sightings recently... and i was thinking the same thing too. i doubt he's using 93 octane he can't even afford his own fuckin car... worst case scenario i'd at least like to have the shell back. if he takes the wheels, i have another set. if he blows the motor and/or diff i was planning on replacing those anyway. i was gonna reuse my head on a 2j block but if he fucks it up ill just go full 2j. and the diff needed to be replaced anyway. sooo yea i'd like to have something fun to drive around while i save money but hopefully i'll get at least the shell back.

great news! I got a call from a friend of mine who spotted my car at the advance auto off 410 and rigsby replacing a battery terminal. he approached him and was talking to him and the guy was all jittery like he was on drugs. tall skinny white guy, bald. and he said he bought the car for 25k... he couldn't 100% verify the car so he didn't call the cops but he sent me a picture as he was leaving and it was it. I drove down to the store and the guys confirmed that he was there and caught on camera. I'm going with a detective tomorrow morning to meet the manager who's the only one who can rewind the tape. When he left they said he was west bound on rigsby which runs right into hackberry... He has to live near hackberry, fair, southcross, s presa area, where he's been spotted plenty of times. I drove around for awhile but didn't see him.

You probably saw me driving slow around the area looking around in a red civic hatch? I drove by some shops. Let people know it's me and I'm not trying to jack their shit. I probably look suspicious the way I'm driving lol. But yea I'll definitely hit you up. I'll be driving around the area tomorrow night as well. He didn't have my number, he called somebody else first. We're not that great of friends lol but I'm at least glad he spotted it. I have LOTS of people on the lookout. I wish everybody knew the car even at a glance but oh well. Hopefully the tape gives us a good lead if he can be identified

SAPD just recovered my car!!!! I won't know any details about how it was found or what condition it's in until tomorrow but I will keep you guys updated!

That's great! Did they catch the guy? If not, follow up on getting that detective to get the vid from Advance Auto Parts that he visited and see if he can catch him.
