a thermostat is also a cheap place to start ironing out heating issues, for $15.00 (ballpark figure) id replace it if it hasnt been changed yet..10 minute job too.Have you changed coolant or replaced any hoses recently?

Check the water pump. Check the weep hole and make sure the pully is still tight, if it has gotten loose or any abnormal play, the pump is most likely gone if this is the case

i would second that. i also hear that if your cluch fan goes bad, then it is very likely that the water pump will go too. that is what happened to me. another thing to do, is also check your temp guage sensor.

this will troubleshoot your problems. hope this helps
