Ok i just looked on the T.S.R.M to see the layout of the parts beyond the oil pan.i seen under the transmission oil pan their are 4 magnets,1 oil strainer.I don't know what the purpose for the magnets but while i'm in the process of replacing the gasket should i also replace the oil strainer as well? and last the two little gaskets?

The Magnets catch any ferrous trash in the oil before it gets sucked into the strainer, yes always a good idea to replace the strainer while the pan's off.
Thanks IJ,hopefully this will prevent the transmission to freeze up,due to when sometimes when i put her in reverse to back out a parking space,it does'nt kick in for 3 or 4 sec. Then it decides to back up.

Also further note on the magnets i believe you can tell what parts are worn by the type of metal. IDK I just remember seeing this somewhere correct me if Im wrong.
