I have a stock 90 turbo 7m and i am replacing my hg to mhg.
I am planning to put a 2mm HKS Stopper, get my iron block and aluminum head resurfaced, replace the studs to ARP HEAD STUDS AND BOLTS, and replacing other gaskets and seals.
My QUESTIONS:
1. I read RA30 finish?is this right for my MHG?
2. How much should i torque it down?
3. Will a JE PISTON EAGLE H-RODS, CP PISTONS or WISECO Pistons fit exactly in the engine without any modification or any resurfacing?
4. Any Suggestions on what else to replace?or to do?

1) At LEAST 30
2) 85 Ft/lbs for studs, and use moly for lube. It comes in the box with the studs.
3) No, you have to bore your motor at least 20 thou over to use any of those. They don't come in the stock bore IIRC. Rods should be fine.
4) Everything. Oil pump, water pump, t-stat, all gaskets, all seals, all hoses.
