Replaced wiper motor and still inop

Just goT this wiper motor on ebay today, I installed it and no go, I check all fuses and found nothing. the car's harness plug gets power at 1 of the pins in the connector when ignition ON , the other 3 have no power even when I turn wiper switch on at all 3 levels . Anybody know where I get the diagram of this circuit ? or have any info on this?

That picture makes me think the blue paint is causing some grounding issues.....

just put in new relay, everything is workin fine. Now I can enjoy my blue wiper motor

Glad it works but bullshit on the relay causing your wipers not to work.
