It doesn't really mean a lot and yes the system is open to abuse but the receiver knows if their rep has been earnt.

On another forum I have 135600+ points each and every one of them has been genuine!

well... pretty close :biglaugh: but on the topic of rep, it really does mean a lot when people rep me on the info i post, or something i accomplish... the rest just makes for a good laugh... sure it has it's faults, but what doesn't?
