how the heck is everybody getting so many rep points? i seen a guy on here tonight that only has 22 posts and has like 3 rep points.

why should it matter? I judge people by what they post, not how many green bars are below thier name.
i never said it mattered or that i judged them by it. i was just wondering how they are doing it. example taking turns giving rep points between two friends.
seeing as i just got rep for having stupid rep... i'll make a list
1. removing my power steering belt w/ hedge clippers

3. getting my wisdom teeth out

no i am not happy. i think the hole reputation system is bunk, and that it should not be used so carelessly. it should be used for newcomers to the forum as a way to get the most out of there sm experience by knowing who can be trusted and listened too with out second thought. it should be based on your technical skills to give people heads up on the reliability of the source and if they explain it in a friendly manner. not because i like the tojyo xtreme racer series.
Maybe we should have a technical points bar as well then. I wouldnt mind another bar to fill up.
