Redline shockproof gear oil

Hey guys i got about 5 quarts of redline shockproof gear oil for free. I'm wondering if any of you guys have had experience with it. Is it compatable for my r154 or LSD gear box?

I recomend redline MT90 for the R154 and IIRC redline 75W-90 for the LSD. Ask jdub on the shockproof, but it may be too thin...

Light weight Shockproof has the internal fluid friction of a 30W oil. If the gearbox spec's a 30W, it should be ok to use.
