well im doing a rebuild on my motor, and wondering if its really needed to have the crank checked out? the motor is fine, no problems, i just rebuilt my turbo but i just realized that now the turbo is out, i lost my license for 60 days, i thought i should do a rebuild, well i was on drift motion to get some rings and rod bearings, but seeing that they said they want specs from the machine shop to get the right bearings, so im just wondering if i should really get it checked out or just ask for stock rod bearing size?

There is no "stock" size as such.....

Toyota use a select fit bearing system as the tunnels can be within a range of sizes so it all needs to be measured and the correct shells selected.
