Rear upper ball joints

Did a search and couldnt find much of anything. But today I was changing out my rear shocks and noticed that my rear upper balljoint has up and down play in it, probably a good quarter inch of play. Is there anywhere to get new ball joints or upper control arms? Havent had any luck finding any.

I dont think so. best bet is a used piece.

Let's say, by chance your parts car had bad ones too, and you couldn't find any used, what would happen next ? Where would you find a part like that??

In the forsale section where many cars are being parted out at all times.

If used ones don't appeal to you you could also reach out to someone like beech performance and get custom ones that use more readily available replaceable ball joints. ( I think )
A bonus is adjustability for more control over camber and geometry in general. I know a member or two have those things but I'm not sure what they cost.

dam... i remember finding cheap new ones for front. but dam can't source any for the rears. damm guess beech it is for future outcomes.

they are made from forged aluminum, so at the time they were made they were pretty awesome. that Toyota pricing should have been lowered significantly as time went on but whatever lol

some folks have retrofitted replacement joints to the stock arms; I think there are a few threads on it actually.
