so when i drive straight.. sometimes i feel a thump and the steering wheel moves. i check all of my balljoints and suspension stuff.. those are great no movement, but when i check my rack and pinion thetie rod ends are nice and tight but theres this strut thing that goes across the front of the rack, that is very loose and makes the noise i hear when i push it up and down... what is this strut and how do i tighten it?
