ordering a cometic head gasket off horsepower freaks. I need a 2mm gasket thickness so that is equal too .086" right?

yes went there today. Taking .005(i think thats correct) off head and block its getting machined. The head was previously machined before(last time I blew the headgasekt)

You need to actually measure the head and block Brett chances are it's NOT the first cut for either....

the machine shop measure the head and block and some was taking of the head soo they added that into the caculation.
