Quick question about reading the EWD's

4 and 5 are the actual switch. 1 and 2 is the light in the switch. The curly thing represents a lamp filament. As you can see illumination is independent of the switch ie; it doesn't go on and off with the fog lights. It's there only to find the switch in the dark. Course, you could make it do whatever you want.

Kudos to you for trying to learn this stuff even if you have a ways to go ;)

Aah ok makes perfect sense now, thanks jetjock :)

Funny part is my dad is a EE, i know enough about wiring diagrams and electronics to track down a problem or rewire things, but it's the symbols every once in awhile that are foreign to me :D

I fixed my turn signals, and tracked down the source of my headlights not going up/down, the diode in the assembly is bad :(

I'll probably just add a switch to manually give power to the 2 motors, instead of having to replace both motor assemblies!
