quick Q on bolts

should my stock bolts for the pressure plate fit any upgraded pressure plate? mines are too short what should i use? no pictures yet but soon

What pressure plate are you using? cause my oem bolts worked with the clutch kit i bought... perhaps you got the wrong clutch kit?

i bought it from ebay if that makes a difference...it a stage 3 kit...forgot the brand

Do this:
Take the thickness of the OEM pressure plate (where it attaches to the flywheel) and subract that number from the thickness of the new, thicker pressure plate. Buy bolts that are that much longer than stock. Do you have any pictures?

-edit... the thread pitch is 8x1.25. Take a sample to the store just in case.
