Questions for Accusump people

I'm in the process of putting in my accumsump but have a few questions.

What preasure do you use on the air side. My oil pump will be a brand new 5mm shimmed one.

I have mounted it on the back of the rear seats as my boot is full of an ice install. Do you think it would be ok to mount the valve a bit further down in the spare wheel well rather than straight on the accusump

Just follow the instructions on the initial charge

from memory 100 psi then back it off to 6 psi.

I don't run a valve at all.

Please could you give a bit more detail on the pressures not sure what you mean.

With the main Oil gallery open you pump the schrader valve up to 100 Psi using a compressor then let the pressure out till the gauge reads 6 Psi.

This becomes the Air Spring pressure over the Oil pressure when active.

I have mine mounted in the engine bay so it keeps the Oil warm
(don't like the idea of hosing cold oil into a hot engine with a remote mount in the hatch)
