Poly bushings - Ronnie K RK versus Energy Suspension

Going to do the suspension this winter and I'm wondering how the kits from Ronnie K and Energy Suspension compare.

Ronnie makes different kits in terms of hardness. How does the Energy Suspension kit compare to the RK kit (RED / YELLOW / ?) in this regard?

Does anyone have an oppinion on the quality of the two kits?

On a street driven car which kit (hardness) would you choose?

I cannot speak for the Ronnie K but I put on the Energy suspension this past summer and I'm very happy with them. it makes a noticeable difference even on the stock suspension. just my opinion but u hope it helps.
