Pitting on the lifters(cam followers)??

Took my intake cam off and saw what's looked to be dirt on the first two lifters but after poking at it found out it was pitting...are these ok to put back or should they be replaced..

That's a shim and it's easy to replace since you already have it out.
Since to lobes on the cam will go against it there is a possibility that the cam gets damaged.

What does the cam lobe look like?

Cam lobes look fine but it's the bearing in the middle that I'm also concerned with lol

How would I go about removing the shim??

They should just pop out. No special instructions in the TSRM other than "remove". Here's the page for cam wear specs:

I know that the cams have a tendancy to come out looking pretty nasty on the 7M but still work fine. I can't tell you a definite one way or the other on your's in specific though. Start by measuring and making sure they're within spec first.
