O'Reilly Auto Parts no longer carrying brake pads

It seems like some of these guys who work at auto parts stores have never even worked on a car or have a clue what they are talking about. There are some good guys who know what they are talking about and can actually be helpful, but it is frustrating when you get a guy that doesn't have a clue what he is looking for/talking about.

Went to get oil and a filter for a 2004 Chevy impala... Asked for oil and a filter for a 2004 Impala.. guy asked who makes the impala. Made me laugh haha

ive always went to carquest, but oreillys had a big sale on spark plugs. i get a fleet/farm discount at carquest.

But with out a discount, car quest is the most expensive compared to the others.

whats a 'for sale' price on a spark plug? instead of 1.89 its 1.87 a piece? any fleet farm is going to blow anyones price out of the water on plugs.

I know a girl that got hired.. Didn't even know what a spark plug was. She was 16, 18 now. with a little more very basic knowledge.
