Just got a phone call and Jeff's car was on fire. Looks like things might change yet again! Although he ran a 9 last night, to make it count, it needs to be tonight as this is when it counts most.

Randy is lining up against the Pinks car (Shawn Cassidy's car)

Ray's car should be running, yes. :)

Just got back to the hotel, and OMFG... what great action. First, to Jeff first new mod is a fire extenguisher. Grimjack got great footage.... jeff tried to spray in first gear and his nitrous line let loose, nice fireball under the car. I can't believe he came back to run a 9.37. Big props to Jeff:bowdown:, great show no major damage. Second, the bootlogic supra ran a 8.11 and then broke something in the semifinal, had to be towed off the track. They definately represented this year. WOTM was out in full effect, the blue car broke, then had ninja mechanics get him back out in time to break again, tough luck. The red one did great getting several solid runs and looking great. If you wern't there you missed ONE HELL OF A SHOW. I am sure many others will post video and results, there where too many for me to remember.:icon_bigg

Car is great, even after the fire LOL. 1st purchase when I get back to sacramento will the the fire extinguisher, damn that track guy was slow LOL! My blowing did not do the trick either, had to resort to spitting on the 2J, poor motor hahahahahahahah. Got it fixed and mad an exhibition run, afterall that is what we came to Vegas for. 9.37 at 149.02 with a 1.487 60 foot. about 33lbs and spray in 1st gear only. Good times. I will check back after I get home. Great time guys. Godd to meet everyone.

I got lots of video on my crappy camera but I can't post it until I get to a real computer and good Internet connection. I lost count on how many cars broke tonight. Congrats to everyone who made a solid pass.

HELP ME!!

I had a run in with wheel hop at the SILV drags tonight, and my fan ended up clipping my new KOYO radiator, and leaking all my coolant out, so here I am in Vegas and I am supposed to be leaving tomorrow (Sunday) and drive 1800 miles back home to Canada, I need a radiator badly!!!!. I need buy or borrow one, what ever you got. If your car is on a trailer and doesnt need a rad for a few days please let me know, I will ship it back to you as soon as I get back to the shop in Canada. My car is at the Hampton Tropicanna.

Call my cell if you can help me out, I will make it worth your while, I have lots of parts at the shop I can bribe you with.

What were the times??? Just curious because this is the class I would have been in if I had been able to make it.

Hmmmm, I thought the track was prepped very well. I just wish I got more runs in. I cut a 1.48 60 foot with a 9.37 at 149mph. Not too shabby:naughty:

This of course was after we installed a new freeze plug on the block and caught on fire LMAO!!!

Just waiting for all the videos to pop up now.:icon_bigg

idk maybe it was just personal prefrence, but o man that was nuts, lucky the car didnt burn down, the crowd was freakin out at first lol but I saw your pass man it was nice, crazy 60', i got like 6 runs in you only got 2 right? and it was just a freeze plug that caused the fire?
