O2 sensor WTF????????

I have a 91 turbo 5spd the o2 sensor plug on the harness is square i have a round 02 sensor in my DP all the parts places i have been have tried to give me 1 wire sensors with no plug???? am i missing the plug on the harness or is this a toyota only part ????

Help i am tired of the car not idling :icon_razz

Clean motor Nick. How come you're not routing the sensor wiring in the clips? Nice to see a GTE that hasn't been all hacked up. Stock CBV and CPS wiring no less. All the factory widgets and clamps. Not sure about the hose support at the rear of the head though. No corrosion either. Looks almost as good as mine ;)

Is that hunk of metal on the PS tank clamp stock? Your throttle body PVC hose clamp is off btw. Least it was when the photo was taken.

BJ: Your idle problem is likely related to more than a bad O2 sensor....

You can check Vf. It won't tell you which codes are there but it'll tell you if any are set. You could also check pin W on the ECU to see which codes are there. Or use the super monitor if you have one. Too bad Toyota didn't bring W out to the diag connector like they did on other cars. If you find codes have been set clear them and try again. I'd also test the O2 sensor if I were you. They're one of the most needlessly replaced parts on cars. And get the cluster fixed.
