o2 sensor and boost gauge

my o2 sensor is reading 3.37 with a full open throttle, im getting the reading from my apexi turbo timer, i believe it is hooked up correctly because it gives an average reading at idle. is this a normal reading for the 7mgte? i also had the engine boared out to a 3.2 L, so is it a bad sensor or do i have to get the ecu remapped? the other thing is how accurate are the stock boost gauges and how do they get the reading? thanks for your time.

Stock bore is 83mm and 91mm for stroke.

To get 3.2L by boring alone you would need to increase the bore size by 4mm to a total size of 87mm That is 1mm more than the max. You will be eating pistons in a short while.

ok im not sure what size it is now, the guy had to boar it out 40 over cuz coolant got in the cylinders when the head gasket blew, anyway are the readings normal or do i have problems?
