Can't understand why you're still driving it let alone getting on it hard....

7M cooling systems if you think there is something wrong usually there is and considering the potential for major damage further investigation would be a good thing.

Here's a small example Aluminium anneals at around 700f and once annealed a 7M head will banana as soon as you unbolt it and to repair will cost more than a new head casting...

i have another 7m-gte sitting in another 87 i have. So if worse comes to worse i can always use parts from it. I found out that i should not drive it at all, but now am curious as to what the problem could be.

I have one last question.. If i pressure test the cooling system and i do have a bhg the coolant will go straight to the oil pan, correct? And If this happens will that fuck up anything if the motor does not run with that coolant/oil mixture?

No. But it can.

Yep. The engine was not meant to run on sugar water.
