No start because of not spark or gas

its a 89 7mgte. fuel pump works and getting gas to the fuel rail but just none in the cylinders and no spark. any ideals?

Yeah, it doesn't start because you aren't getting spark.

Any luck with it? Is there fuel getting into the cylinders? How did you check for spark? If the EFI fuse is blown or that circuit is open then the car does not provide fuel or spark.

no spark if your EFI is blown i believe.
take your sparkplug out of the #1 piston which is closer to you from the front of the car, and plug into the spark plug wires and ground the spark plug to the valve covers and have someone start the car for 2 or 3 secs and see if your getting spark ??
