No Heat. Searched and Stumped

Before I say anything let me tell you that I did search and found plenty of threads describing some of my symptoms but none were resolved. I have my own questions and didn't want to hijack another thread.

Blower motor works, all speeds work, all vents functional, new waterpump, new thermostat, all new heater hoses, triple checked all correct hose routing (according to USDM routing specs), recent coolant system flush, new heater core, all fuses intact, swapped out several climate control units, I bypassed the heater valve ( vaccuum controlled valve by wiper motor), and still no heat.

Is the heater hose routing different for JDM motors maybe? 1987 JDM 7mge installed in 2005 before I purchased the car.

Any ideas?

Does the mixer door cycle when you go from hot to cold?

Im not sure exactly. Can you explain how to check that? also called the blend door correct?

I havent tried burping the system since I bypassed the heater valve. I'll try that too.

Yep Blend Door, you should hear it without the engine running if you go from Hot to Cold.

I couldnt hear any sound at all. I'll look it up in the repair manual and start there. I'll be back to finish the thread if that's the end of my problems. Thanks a bunch IJ.
