Ever since I bought my supra a couple years ago, I have always had nightmares. Atleast once or twice a week, I have different nightmares about my car. Sometimes it gets stolen, sometimes its get broken. My most recent one was I was down at the race track for the final race of the season. I'm sitting in my car waiting to get inspected by the track nazis, when all of a sudden I see this nasty smoke coming from the back of my car. I hop out and see whats wrong, theres acid eating away the rear end of my car. Starting with my muffler then moving to the bumper and the wheel wells. It just keeps eating and eating away at my car till about the front of the wheel wells until it finally stops. The frame and rear wheels are still intact, but the whole body and exhaust up to that point are gone (dont ask about the fuel tank, i dont know where it magically disapeared). I pretty much woke up at this point, sweating like crazy. Run outside and see my car sitting in the driveway and blow a sigh of relief. Happens atleast twice a week....always a different tragedy. :icon_conf

It's just a car, man. There are tons of things way more 'scary' you could dream about than having your car stolen.

Not when you've just dumped thousands into it, you love it way more than any healthy person should, and you still only carry liability on it... like me...

yeah... a premonition. I just assumed that was too big of a word for some.

I had to sound it out like ten times..............:biglaugh:

JAV, good thinking. He owes you alot for these great ideas.

Kurt, when I went to the Louisville meet, I got up and checked on my car about three times, but there were alot of people in the hotel parking lot that didn't belong there. I would have brought my car into the room if it would have fit.......................:biglaugh:

I don't know where you stayed in Louisville, Hero, but I don't blame you for worrying. I've been thinking about installing a hidden kill switch for just those situations. It wouldn't do much to help for vandalism, but at least they couldn't get it started.
