As some of you might have already known, I had a tps problem for the past few months and finally got that fixed. Now I have started stalling a bit again, but totally different feel. When I punch it off the line and release quickly, it doesnt stall like it would with a tps problem. Instead, its stalling any random time, a couple times a day in different situations. When it starts to stall, the car quickly tries to pick itself back up but falls again, over and over a few times. Sometimes completely stalling and other times it revives its normal idle.I have not pulled any error codes up. One thing I notice is when I come back to my car and disarm the alarm, it is VERY quiet. If I try a second time and third time, it keeps getting more and more quiet (the horn). I am leaning towards my alternator/battery for these problems. Anyone have any ideas?

if u have a bov that vents to atmosphere, the car will try to stall when u slip it back into neutral.

Automatic:icon_razz Happens mostly when im creeping to a stop sign in traffic. It starts reving up and down pretty violently but revives itself if i punch the gas quickly.

check your icvcasafagasas valve of whatever it is. It keeps your throttle body open slightly so your engine won't die after you release the throttle suddenly. Maybe the vacuum hose is not connected?

My pcv hose off the accordian hose is cracked and held together with clamps lol. I will fix it tomorrow and see if thats it. However that thing has been like that long before my stalling problems.

I just installed a new pcv hose and i took it for a test drive. My PSI went up by 1 pound and so far it hasnt shown a sign of ever wanting to stall. When I removed the old one today it looked like it had cracked way open so I bet that was the problem all along. Still wondering why my horn is so quiet now though sometimes :icon_conf
